Long Bio

Mike’s journey began as a software engineer and serial entrepreneur. He founded his first company while still in school and went on to build and scale eight venture-backed technology companies across diverse markets—from data storage to fintech to enterprise software. Two achieved NASDAQ IPOs, and seven resulted in strategic exits to major acquirers including IBM and Oracle. That operating experience navigating market opportunities, scaling teams, managing uncertainty, and achieving successful exits is the foundation of everything he teaches and advises on today. This combination of being both an operator and strategist gives him unparalleled credibility across organizations.
